Zentangle #1

You knew I had to try it, right?

So, after doing a little research online, I found out that the official size for a zentangle tile (or the white space you drawn on) is 3.5" square. So I grabbed some white cardstock, my paper trimmer, my corner rounder, and a trusty black pen and set to work.

I meant to look at the clock when I started, just so I could get a feeling for how long one of these takes. I'm guessing that the actual drawing of it took about 45 minutes to an hour, and it really was kind of fun. I was definitely lost in my creative zone.

Now that I've scanned it, of course, I'm wondering how I can digitally alter it to make it even cooler (and get more bang for my artistic buck!) I'll let you know what I come up with.

Now ... nap or writing? Hmmmm ...

The dog is feeling neglected. Time to nap with the dog. (I'm doing it only for her sake, of course. No procrastination going on here. No sirree.)

Hi Karen, I love it. I love the curved design and the rounded corners. I'm getting more and more tempted to try, but I have to swap out ATC's first, then another experiment to try, so not sure when I'm going to get 1 plus to do this. Sheesh. Thanks for posting it. Take care Yogi
