Just checking in

This is one of those posts that I'm writing because I feel like I should be writing *something*, but I don't actually have anything in mind.

I love this time of year. I have to stop and think about what day it is, because most of the usual clues (work, meetings, etc.) just aren't happening. The weather is such that I don't feel all that guilty curling up with a book (or playing The Sims 2 for hours and hours at a time -- thanks to the new computer Hubby gave me for Christmas). I have a lot of work to do on the house, but I also still have ten days to get it all done in.

Mind you, it just might take that long.
