No, it's not like those crazy "lost" weekends one might've had in the younger days. It's just that this weekend flew by so quickly that I'm not even really sure we had one.
I'm teaching "art and other stuff" tomorrow, which sounds interesting. Hopefully the kids won't be too wild. It's that time of year when the student body jumps head-first into Holiday La-La-Land, and it could happen at any moment.
I slept a lot this weekend. Three hour nap yesterday afternoon, and an hour and a half today. (I could've slept even longer, but we had to get up and go to the Maul to get some shopping done.)
The hockey game last night was disappointing. Not only did I not win the 50/50 draw yet again (hope has been springing eternal since 1993), but there was a goal that should have been counted but wasn't. And so we lost 4-3 to Cape Breton when we should have gone to overtime. (But I guess we won this afternoon, 4-1, so hey. *grin*)
Piper is restless and I don't blame her. I didn't get her up to the Bark Park all weekend -- bad dogmommy -- and she's getting a little shack-wacky. I'll have to get her up there tomorrow before dark somehow.
So much to do, and so little done.
