Cheering on the Phoenix Polar Lander

I’m sitting here studying (without Zaph) and listening to NASA-TV. My fingers are crossed and I keep watching the animation over and over again. (Is it weird that I think the lander is cute? It looks like a cute little cartoon character when the solar arrays come out and the camera pops up.)

It was launched nine months ago. I wonder if NASA feels a little bit like they’re in labour right now.
