I know I've been kind of quiet here lately, but even I got sick of listening to myself whine about the weather. The final straw came early last week, when we had more than 40 cm (16 inches) of snow dumped on top of us (and all the previous snow that had fallen since December).
It was pretty much my breaking point, leaving me curled up in a corner, whimpering softly to myself. The weather, thankfully, has been mild since then, above freezing for a couple of days. A lot of that snow has melted, but there are still huge piles everywhere, and it's ugly -- layers of dirt interspersed with ice, with amber spots here and there.
On the school front, it's now March Break, and usually we have at least one storm the first week of March. (I know because I had more than one birthday celebration "snowed out" as a kid.) The forecast for tomorrow and Monday keeps changing, back and forth, between just freezing rain, freezing rain and snow, or just snow.
In any case, it sounds like March is coming in like a lion. I'm looking forward to it going out like a lamb.

In like a lion?
