I came out to the university to pay part of my tuition, see if I could get my student ID, and pick up the stats textbook. The bookstore is closed (not cool), but I bumped into an old friend who works here at the library (very cool), and her daughter took the stats course last term and has a used (read: cheaper) textbook she would like to sell. (the coolest!)
Best of all, my friend was telling me that her daughter (who is artsy like me) did well in the course -- that it's the sort of course that if you go to the classes and just do your work, you'll be fine. This makes me feel much better.
Now, to go give Student Accounts some money ...
