One long, pavement-right-up-to-the-base-of-it wall.
Piper and I have to do our homework.
We're taking obedience lessons and working on "heel" this week. The idea is to have Piper walk between my left leg and a substantial object so that she has to stay in position. In class, we practiced with chairs, going around and around them. At home, we have tried this too, but I'm a little woozy on my feet and doing laps of the chair is making me dizzy (and Piper is questioning my sanity -- I can tell).
The obedience facilitator also suggested that we could use a wall, and I like this idea -- a nice long straight wall. You know, kind of like the walls of the school just down the street. The deserted school with the totally paved school yard. The one with the NO DOGS ALLOWED ON SCHOOL PROPERTY sign. That school.
I so want to be a rebel.
