Heading to the Pit-Stop ...

Well, I just finished the second and final challenge for this week's leg of DoItDigi's version of The Amazing Race. The challenge for this one was "Best Use of Color. The color you will need to use is red." I first thought of doing some sort of mushy Valentine's thing, when I came across a folder of pictures from a hockey game I went to in April in Halifax. Since my "Ten Days in April" trip scrapbook is going nowhere fast, I figured killing two birds with one stone would be the way to go! And the pictures would definitely work well with a red theme, as that's one of the team's colours.

I love how this turned out, especially the jersey background paper. I had some trouble getting the elements into a lay-out I liked, but it was one of those ones that suddenly all came together.

My sister is either going to love it or hate it. :)
